The roleWe’re looking for a highly-motivated and proactive QA Analyst to support our Risk Operations teams combat financial crime. Today, Risk Operations consists of the following areas:Fraud InvestigationsAML Transaction MonitoringHigh Risk (KYC) Onboarding
Your mission is to enable high performance capabilities across the group, ensuring our teams effectively assess financial crime risk and are efficient in how we work.
* Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm, and willingness to work on some public holidays.
What excites you Being the point of escalation for our first-line risk teams and conducting live quality checks on complex, high-risk investigations.Regularly test & analyse team performance and produce actionable insights.Partner with the Risk Operations management team to ensure KPIs are in line with business requirements and manage performance reporting.Identify and implement process improvements and provide Subject Matter Expertise support on key initiatives.Provide training, technical support and mentoring to less experienced members of the team.
What excites us You are passionate about fighting financial crime and comfortably able to assess risk, spotting suspicious activity and/or fraud from a mile offYou use clear logic and reasoning to separate legitimate behaviour from suspected illicit activityYou know how to balance risk, customer experience and operational efficiencyYou have a strong technical understanding of financial crime, and an excellent ability to break complex problems down and communicate them to stakeholdersYou are solution-oriented and don’t shy away from challenging the status quo by bringing viable, alternative solutions to the tableYou bring the hustle and are thoroughly able to prioritise, organise and execute
Salary range - the expected base salary range for this position is between €2,000 - €2,500 per month (gross).
Base salary ranges may vary and are determined by things like geography, level of experience, interview assessment and seniority compared to fellow employees at GoCardless doing similar work. Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, there is no guarantee that an offer will reach the upper limit of the stated range.
